For how much will the rate become more expensive?

The lease rate will rise in price for 20%, though you may use this Christmas anniversary action and instead of payment of increased lease rate since the 1^st of April 2016 you may pay the same rate, what you have paid before, in case you pay the rate for 6 months in advance. In such cases you will pay the same rate in 2016 (10 months: from January till October).
